Using the Context Menu
Another feature that already present in popular operating systems and also available on Chromebook. If you prefer not to use the keyboard shortcuts for copy and pasting, this is the best option for you.
Step 1: Click on the beginning part of the content you want to copy and then drag the cursor to the end part to highlight.
Step 2: Right-click on the highlighted content to show the context menu and select Copy. Often, you can find the copy function at the top selection of the context menu.
Step 3: Browse the location where you want to paste the copied content and then Right click > Paste or alternatively press “CTRL” + “v” to paste.
Additionally, doing the above steps will copy content including the font style, size, and font colour. If you don’t want this to happen, you can paste content from the clipboard as plain text using the “Ctrl + Shift + v” keyboard shortcuts.
