Windows users are already familiar with CTRL + c and CTRL + v function and nothing has changed with the key combinations on Chromebook, to copy and paste simply;

  • Step 1: Using your touch pad, highlight the content you want to copy.
  • Step 2: Press “CTRL” + “c” to copy the highlighted content. This time, the content is now copied to the clipboard.
  • Step 3: Locate the application where you want to add the content and press “CTRL” + “v” to paste.

Using the Context Menu

Another feature that is already present in popular operating systems and also available on Chromebook.

If you prefer not to use keyboard shortcuts for copy and pasting, this is the best option for you.
